Uppsala Konsert & Kongress (Uppsala Concert Hall and Conference Centre) provides a rendezvous point for music and other cultural events for everyone. Through its activities, the company will actively contribute to the development of cultural life in Uppsala. In addition, UKK will contribute to the development of the Uppsala hospitality industry through the provision of assembly and conference activities. By hosting cultural and business events, the company will strengthen the image of Uppsala as an attractive city.
Uppsala Konsert & Kongress will conduct dialogue with the Municipality of Uppsala Cultural Board regarding how the company will contribute to the cultural development of Uppsala. The company will collaborate with other players in both the cultural arena and the hospitality industry to strengthen the respective areas and achieve synergies.
UKK will broaden its financing base through cultural sponsorship and co-financing from public stakeholders, without it having a controlling impact on the content of UKK activities.
