As a result of the increased workload stemming from the situation, processing times for refunds and other inquiries are longer than usual and we ask for your understanding.

We are investigating the possibilities to reschedule events to a future date and we have intense contact with event organizers and artists. Information about affected events will be updated regularly.

Uppsala Konsert & Kongress is acting in accordance with the Government’s decision. We do what we can to prevent further spread of the virus by cancelling, changing or rescheduling events.

We ask for patience and understanding from our visitors, our audience, our organizers, artists and partners. We currently do not have answers to all your questions. In this very special situation, we need time to handle the major change this entails to our daily operations.
