Gift card
The card works as payment for events and products that are sold via the ticketing office at Uppsala Konsert & Kongress.
The card can be purchased for any amount and is valid for one year. Gift cards can only be redeemed at Uppsala Konsert & Kongress. Lost cards will not be replaced. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy a new gift card. Any remaining value is saved on the gift card balance for the valid period of the gift card.
New ticket system from 1 July
On 1 July 2017, Uppsala Konsert & Kongress changed it ticketing partner to the Tickster ticketing system.
UKK’s own gift cards will continue to work for the purchase of products from the UKK ticketing office. Ticketmaster gift cards will not be processed after 1 July 2017 – instead they can be used at Ticketmaster agents for events taking place at venues linked to Ticketmaster. From and including 1 July, all our gift cards will be sold via Tickster online and in the UKK ticketing office exclusively for events and products that are sold at the UKK ticketing office and on ukk.se.
