Tickets when it suits you – paid for however you want (well, almost!)

Here at ukk.se you can buy tickets 24/7 every day! You can choose between receiving tickets instantly via email or printed and sent to you via regular post for the cost of the postage. You also have several different payment methods available depending on what suits you best:  Maestro or credit card, direct payment via internet banking, Swish for those of you on the go or advance invoice if you need to collect money from your friends before you pay.

Electronic tickets to your mobile

You can choose to receive e-tickets for our events. Buying tickets directly at ukk.se means you will instantly receive the tickets in your email inbox or to your mobile wallet. Of course, you can also print the tickets out on paper if you wish. If you have lost your ticket email, you can download the tickets again via  download.tickster.com using your reference number. As long as you have not locked the tickets for download, you can retrieve them as many times as you need to as both PDF and mobile tickets. You then present the ticket, either on paper or in your mobile device at the entrance to the event, where we will read the QR code on the ticket. The code is only valid for one entry.

Service charges

The service charge is part of the ticket price and covers the UKK license and staff costs.
The service charge is incorporated into the price of the ticket according to the following scale: SEK 0-99 SEK 10, SEK 100-199 SEK 15, SEK  200-299 SEK 20, SEK 300-399 SEK 25, SEK 400-499 SEK 30, SEK 500-599 SEK 35, SEK 600-699 SEK 40, SEK 700 and over SEK 45.

Personal information

When purchasing tickets online, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your date of birth. This information will never be shared with third parties and is only used for UKK’s statistical purposes, for contact if an event is cancelled and for the purpose of your purchase security.  As the ticket can be downloaded several times, we may use your personal information to identify the legitimate ticket holder, if for any reason the ticket ends up in the wrong hands.

Exhibition or concert cancellation

Unless otherwise specified, you have one month in which to redeem tickets purchased when an event is cancelled, calculated from the date on which the concert should have taken place. Tickets bought online using a card payment will be automatically redeemed in the event of a cancellation.

Tickets purchased via Uppsala Konsert & Kongress or on invoice will be automatically redeemed through Uppsala Konsert & Kongress reception and box office, Vaksala Square 1, Uppsala, +46-(0)18-727 90 00.
