Redeem tickets to cancelled events or rescheduled events?
At present we don’t have a general answer to this. UKK will have a dialogue with ticket partners, partners, organizers and artists to find solutions. We will inform our customers as soon as we have more information to share.

Redeem tickets to not cancelled events or rescheduled events?
No, we will not redeem tickets due to personal concern or other individual reasons. If you no longer want your tickets, we recommend to pass them on or sell them. If your tickets are for an unnumbered event, we recommend using the safe service Tickster Resale to handle the transaction.

When can I get my money back?
At present we ask for your understanding that a transaction that normally takes 3-5 bank days can take a bit longer. We strive together with our ticket partner Tickster to handle refunds hastily and in order of event date.

What are Uppsala Konsert & Kongress doing to prevent further spread of the virus?
Our highest priority now is to make sure we are following laws and directives from the Government and authorities.

We have placed hand sanitizers in restrooms, the restaurant and other locations throughout the venue.

We have closed floors 3 and above when there’s no event in order to prioritize cleaning of the public spaces on floor 1 and the entrance floor.

We encourage our visitors to inform themselves through safe sources and to follow directives given there.

Most importantly, we ask anybody to stay at home if you feel sick!

We ask for your patience!
We ask for patience and understanding from our visitors, our audience, our organizers, artists and partners, that we currently do not have answers to all your questions. In this very special situation, we need time to handle the major change this entails to our daily operations.

Keep updated!

We urge all our visitors to inform themselves through safe sources and official channels:
