General information

Tickets and box office
• There are several different types of tickets and passes for the event. Note which ticket type you have! Do you want to supplement your purchase? Do so via the link below!

• All tickets are general admission. Due to limited capacity in Hall B, visitors with single tickets to the respective concerts have priority entry – this requires that you as a visitor arrive in good time

• UKK’s box office is open Friday 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Entrance
Only the entrance to UKK from Storgatan will be open. At the entrance doors, we ask that you have the ticket’s QR code ready, printed out or preferably on a screen.

Mandatory wardrobe and bag ban
Outerwear: Checked in the wardrobe for a cost of 30 SEK/person. There is also a limited number of lockers to use free of charge. In Halls D and K it is optional to take off outerwear, in other rooms it is mandatory to take it off. Applies both during the day and in the evening.
Bag ban: For the conference program and concerts, you can bring small bags that do not exceed the dimensions of 20×30 cm (approximately the size of an A4 paper).
Instruments and larger bags: You may bring your instrument case or a larger bag into the building, but these must be checked in the cloakroom (with the exception of during the Uppländsk Folkmusikkväll – more info below)
Uppländsk Folkmusikkväll: You may bring your instrument. Go to the cloakroom just before the concert to collect your instrument. It will need to be checked by the staff before you enter the hall.

Cashless
Please note that UKK is a cashless business.

Friday April 4

Program
The doors open at 8:30 am. Please note: entrance only from Storgatan (entrance from Vaksala torg is closed).

Uppland Folk Music Night, Hall B (note the start time for the dance workshop)
19.00-20.00: Dance Uppland Style! Workshop
20.00-21.30: Uppland Folk Music Night, concert – concluding with a jam session!

Food & drink in the restaurant/Hall D

Food, drinks and coffee are available for sale in the restaurant during the following times:

12.00 – 13.15: Lunch
14.45 – : Coffee and bar service

At other times, light food, coffee and drinks are available for purchase in the bars around the building.
